W. Wayne Holmes is a subject matter expert in the field of personal leadership development, including those who believe their lives are beyond repair. Wayne has earned a Master of Human Services from Lincoln University and has attended Leadership training from the John Maxwell Professional Leadership Development program on campus in Duluth, Georgia. He has supported interns from the Office of Field Education Program at Princeton Theological Seminary. In addition, Wayne has been an ordained minister since 1996 with the New Jersey District Council of the Assemblies of God and a Pastor in the Innter City of Trenton, NJ from 1988-1998. Wayne has also worked with the New Jersey Department of Adult Corrections and Supervisor of Chaplaincy Services for the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission as well as a Community Program Developer. He has been trained as a Pastoral Crisis Intervention specialist, taken Crisis De-escalation Training and is a member of New Jersey Institutional Chaplain's Association.
